[Bug 571378] [NEW] C-Media USB Headphone fails to enummerate

Public bug reported:

When plugging in my USB C-Media headset on 10.04 LTS RC I get the
following syslog errors. The device does not appear in the sound
preferences, unlike other USB devices like my Logitech Headset and
Camera.
