- issue remains in upstream 2.6.34-999.201004291005

- apport data is of current lucid
- attached syslog is of upstream kernel

- still same symptoms as with karmic

- remedied by re-inserting via_rhine
- remedied by /etc/pm/config.d/00suspend_modules: SUSPEND_MODULES="via_rhine"
