[Bug 559888] Re: Lucid installation bug: blank screen

I had this problem with the RC last week, and the problem remains with
the release from yesterday. I tried to install on another partition of a
machine with an existing installation of 8.10, but can't get any further
than the install menu. I've tried all the available options in the F6
menu but get the same symptoms each time. My machine has an Nvidia
9500GT graphics card.
