[Bug 613602] [NEW] P5W64-WS PRO sata drivers

Hi 
I noticed somthing last time i installed xubuntu ( ubuntu variants ) the problem is simple the driver for marvell controller is incompleate basicaly it dosent support the 3rd and 4th SATA port . (one of witch is a eSATA port on this motherboard (P5W64-WS PRO)  but the trouble dosent end there . im not realy a noob so i downloaded the driver from asus . 
this proprietary driver is compleate and supports most if not all features on this controller . (88SE6145) i compiled it and installed it via lsmod and modeprobe ,etc . works like a charm 
i proceeded to enable it on loadup in the rc.d  but oddly enough it dosent load it seams the legacy ( the one that comes with linux) overides it and loads before . i added that legacy module to blacklist and dosent seam to do nothin diffrent ) 

would it be possible to add a feature like ATI and NVIDIA proprietary
drivers to load this proprietary driver instead of the legacy one ? or
would it be possible to include it in the kernel / ubuntu distro ?
