[Bug 613701] [NEW] Restarts without authentication multiple users logged in

Public bug reported:

When restarting after installing updates it wanted root authentication
to log out the multiple users. I clicked cancel on accident and it still
logged all the users out and restarted the computer. I'm running Ubuntu
10.04 and the updates were linux header and image.
