On boot of the Jaunty beta, the GUI boot loader will drop to console and
churn through a series of USB related errors before continuing on to the
login prompt. When I updated from Intrepid to the Jaunty beta on the
weekend of April 11, these errors were not present. Since that time, an
update seems to have introduced them.
They do not seem to pertain to anything relevant. All USB devices
attached to the system function without a problem, but the boot time
increased from ~30 seconds to ~5 minutes.
