[Bug 619242] [NEW] Touches are detected with an offset

Public bug reported:

On my Lenovo T410s with N-Trig Touchscreen, touch events are registered
(mouse jumps) but only by an offset both horizontally and vertically. I
guess this has something to do with me using a dual-monitor setup
(above: Dell 2405, below: T410s).

This is both on 10.04LTS and 10.10.
