@MXIIA - Please try the 2.6.35.3 kernel PPA available at
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ .  If it doesn't resolve
the issue please post your dmesg and the output of lspci -vvnn when
using that kernel.
