[Bug 528981] Re: Repetitive massive filesystem corruption

Once again, the filesystem switched to read-only while the system was in
use.  The resulting fsck log is attached.  This is using the standard
2.6.32-14-generic kernel immediately after a fresh install.  Total
uptime before the problem was discovered was under five minutes.
