I am too new to understand how to add information that would help on
this bug.  If someone can tell me what I should type in terminal or what
"package" i should use after "ubuntu-bug [package name]." I would do it
and post the results.

bios recognizes my drive. if i boot from a ubuntu 9.1 CD from the the
drive, a live session tries to start, but then stops.
