[Bug 602224] [NEW] Brightness hotkeys dont work

Public bug reported:

This is a Novatech V13 laptop.

Brightness hotkeys (fn-F8 and fn-F9) don't work. The brightness applet
does work, and brightness can be controlled through xbacklight.

acpi_listen does not detect any events when these keys are pressed.
