[Bug 154063] Re: Webcam disappears after one time use

Nice. Just nice. One more "minor" unclosed bug which existence lasts for
two years and five distros. I faced it today, I just wanted to make a
new Facebook profile picture via my CrystalEye Acer Webcam on my Acer
laptop. I made a snap, then for some reasons restarted browser without
saving, and there's the bug goes: I can't access webcam anymore, from
any browser or Skype.

I'm running Ubuntu Lucid 10.04, flash player 10.1, kernel 2.6.32-23 with
Acer Aspire 2930 laptop, if it helps. Please, at least unrate this bug
as "Invalid".
