What should the error message say?  Obviously a message saying
"Hibernate failed" wouldn't provide new information.  We don't really
know why it failed.  I don't think we provide a way to dynamically
adjust swap space, so there is no way to fix it.

The only thing I can think of is that we'd run apport so that a bug
could be filled.  But, I'm not sure how we'd distinguish between a
hibernate that failed an a hibernation that was really short -- seems
possible though.
