Public bug reported:
This issue happens when I try to connect to an iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.0
via bluetooth to use internet connection sharing from the mobile phone
to my Samsung NC10 laptop. Note that this ONLY happens on the second and
subsequent connections, the first connection (after reboot) always
works.
