I see the same errors as fubarbundy (#8) and David (#11).

I am using a Dell E6410 with Ricoh SD reader:
$ lspci | grep SD
04:00.0 SD Host controller: Ricoh Co Ltd Device e822 (rev 03)

I was using a mini SD in an adapter, and I had resumed from suspend. I
patched my kernel to fix problems with my WWAN (Gobi 2000, bug #554099)
and resume from suspend (SCI_EN, bug #594837), hopefully these have
nothing to do with this problem.

$ uname -srvmo
Linux 2.6.32-23-generic #37 SMP Wed Jul 7 14:28:44 EDT 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I will be interested to see if I can get this card to work once I have
time for a reboot.
