[Bug 604090] [NEW] Packard Bell Easynote doesn't boot with Ubuntu 10.04

Public bug reported:

I'm having a guess at the package as I'm not sure whether this is a
kernel issue or not.

Ubuntu 10.04 won't boot at all on this laptop. I've tried loading it
from the Live CD and upgrading from an existing 9.10 installation, and
neither work. I don't see any logs or terminal information, nothing
happens.

I'll attach dmesg and lspci information from the 9.10 installation, in
case this helps.
