LAPTOP: Dell latitude e6400

Reproducibility:
- 100%

Steps to reproduce:
- suspend the pc

Results:
- the system hangs (freeze) before entering suspend, with a black bright screen
- sysrq keys are not accepted
- rsyslogd logs (*.* in sync mode) attached as rsyslog-all.log, but not relevant.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the mainline kernel 2.6.35-rc4 does not have this
problem
