A native port of ZFS is now available:

>From the FAQ:

The ZFS code can be modified to build as a CDDL licensed kernel module
which is not distributed as part of the Linux kernel.

It should be possible to build a source package (similar to xen) or a
module package (requiring acceptance of CDDL license and taint).
