Hi,
Now i can answer some questions, which is found in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume
-- Did the machine break while going to sleep or waking up?
It's going to sleep correctly (i think that because the screen switches off, HDD stops, the cooling fan stops and the power signaling led flickers slowly), but cant wake up from sleep (just from hibernation).
-- Is it reproducible?
Yes, it's always happens, when the machine is trying to wake up from sleep.
-- Did it work before?
It worked in Hardy (if i remember true, but i will test it), and maybe in Interpid.
-- Do you end up with flashing caps-lock or similar?
No, just black screen without backlight.
I think that, the problem is in the OpenSource ATI driver which is still not perfect.
In Hardy i used the restricted drivers from ATI/AMD's website, but since karmic, there aren't usable restricted drivers.
Forgive me for my broken English, because it's not my native language.
