I have a feeling that there were patches related to errors being over
reported and leading to hangs and/or errors.  The fixes for those hit
mainline and maverick relativly recently.  I would therefore suggest you
test the latest maverick kernel which is based on v2.6.35-rc6 and report
back here.  Thanks.
