Hi Jeremy.

Thanks for getting back to me.  I'm not all that technical I'm sorry to say,
but I will help as much as I can.

The first action on me is to test the latest development release of Ubuntu.
 By that, do you mean Maverick Meerkat?   If you do, does it make a
difference to you if I burn a new ISO of it and do a fresh install, or is it
better I just upgrade my Lucid Linx installation by bringing it down from
the repositories?

Please let me know if this is correct, and I will make sure I do that before
we move onto the next steps - where I will have more questions I'm sure.
