[Bug 370501] [NEW] Creative Live! Ultra webcam does not work on Kubuntu

Through Kubuntu versions 5.10 - 9.04 I've never managed to get my
Creative Live! Ultra webcam to work. Sometimes the light is on on the
webcam, but usually not. This doesn't however affect anything. It just
doesn't work.
