[Bug 590995] [NEW] wireless card is soft blocked at startup

My wifi card not works if I login immediately at startup.
If I wait a minute, it usually connects to the available wlan.

issuing "rfkill list" says Wireless LAN is soft blocked.
After the command "rfkill unblock wlan" it will always connect to the available wireless lan.

Sometimes Ubuntu starts up with hard blocked my wireless device however
my wireless switch is on.

I use network-manager to connect. (version: 0.8-0ubuntu3)
