[Bug 530449] [NEW] airodump-ng doesn't work with new kernel

Aircrack was broken somehow in new kernel - 2.6.31-19
I'm using atheros chipset in Acer Aspire One. Whean I'm running airodump-ng i can capture only frames, no data packet at all. (In the same time i'm able to capture data packet from other computer with debian leny)Also aircrack can not identify client bssid. I have tried to run aircrack on oldest karmic kernel i had - 2.6.31-14. It works good so it seems like ath5k in newer kernel was broken. Not sure other users report the same problem with intel chipset http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1316563
