[Bug 511442] [NEW] Many Options No Longer Available for Surround Sound

After I upgraded to Karmic when it was released I had a lot of options
for my surround sound (USB Sound Card) including several 4.1 and 5.1
options, at some point in the past couple months these options have gone
away and I can no longer get 4.1 or 5.1 out of my speakers. I have
attached an image of what I now see, nothing has changed in the system
in terms of OS or my sound card. I now have 2.1 (coming from front
speakers only). Thanks for the hard work
