[Bug 538431] [NEW] hibernate auto-resumes on Toshiba Portege R600 (both regular and pm-hibernate)

Public bug reported:

When hibernating my Toshiba Portégé R600, it writes the image to disk
succesfully, but instead of powering off, it just auto-resumes. This
behaviour happens both with regular hibernation as with the "pm-
hibernate" command.
