Hi Jeremy,
this issue is still here in Karmic with latest update, and here you can see apport data.

I'm downloading Lucid alpha 3 right now and will test it.
I'm also downloading the Mainline kernel, and will try it both in Karmic and in Lucid.

If you need me to do any further test just ask.
