Thanks Jeremy,

followed your post 21: 
first, purged all apport* packages installed and python-apport too
then reinstalled these packages

and finally try to send a bug-report: bug-report is made but still fail
to send:

Impossible de se connecter à la base de données des plantages. Veuillez
vérifier votre connexion Internet.

( ie unable to connect into database, please verify your net connection)

So, still the same problem. Can i trace something for debugging ?
