HI,

I have a similar issue. Since my migration to ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10, the boot has become extremely slow.
(I tried booting with grub 2 also, the problem is still there ...)
Often fails to start and also get errors "ext4-fs error" (see attachment)
Someone would have a solution?
