Right, thanks - we needed to set another flag on the PedDisk, and I'm
tracking this as bug 539456.  It's release-critical for beta-1 and I'm
in the process of pushing up a fix.  It should be possible to get a more
accurate assessment of the state of the world after that fix, as right
now it's all a bit skewed by the error.
