I got the same on Audigy 2 ZS Notebook. I described it here
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/503165 . It's
definetely rather case of alsa rather than pulseaudio.

Anyone can take care of this, please ?! I think this consider most of
the people  with emu10k1 based cards!
