[Bug 541029] [NEW] netboot image fails to connect to the network

Public bug reported:

Image at http://ports.ubuntu.com/dists/lucid/main/installer-
armel/current/images/imx51/netboot/babbage-TO2/babbage-TO2-sd.img fails
to establish network connection either through dhcp or via static
(manual) setup. System works fine on live/installed images.
