Do you have xorg.conf forcing nouveau to load? There is no record of the
oops or nouveau loading in your attached dmesg, leading me to believe it
was just a one time problem because the blacklist wasn't put into the
initramfs or something. Can you please attach your /etc/X11/xorg.conf
and /var/log/Xorg.0.log as well as /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old?
