[Bug 540098] [NEW] switches to text VT before/after suspend

Since recently, when I activate suspend, it switches to VT1 first,
suspends, wakes up on VT1 again, and switches back to X. It is meant to
stay on X all the time on a recent KMS system (i. e. if we do not have
the "change VT" quirk).
