[Bug 543028] [NEW] Suspend/Resume test doesn't begin; pressing return does nothing

Public bug reported:

Attempted to run the suspend/resume test (sudo
/usr/share/checkbox/scripts/suspend_test --full) on the Lucid Lynx beta
1 release.  Prompted to "press return when ready".  However, pressing
return just moves the terminal cursor to the next line and nothing
happens.  Any input is echoed by the terminal, but nothing happens.
