Thank you very much for the logs. According to the kernel.log submitted,
you will need to try adding 'acpi=force' to the boot parameter.

ACPI: no DMI BIOS year, acpi=force is required to enable ACPI

To test this, you can add this to the end of the boot line, after 'quiet
splash'. Let us know if this works for you.
