[Bug 543485] [NEW] gspca: ISOC data errors when using resolution of 640x480

Steps to reproduce:

1: Start cheese . Edit > Preferences 
2: Select resolution 640x480

Observed deviation:
The picture is chopped and stutters.

I looked into the syslogs and notice the following errors:

The numbers seems random , but this is constantly going on.

But when i select resolution of 320x240 , there is no problem and
everything works fine[well the picture quality can be improved to the
quality observed in Window ]  but there are no errors in logs or the
stutter/choppy picture
