I also tested with http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-
ppa/mainline/v2.6.32.9/ - it doesn't work with this either.
I have also attempted to compile the driver: RT3070USB(RT307x)

This compiles, but I cannot load it. I get the errors:
