[Bug 545073] [NEW] rt61pci baudrate unstable, falls to 1Mb/s

It was stable at 54Mb/s in 9.10, today I reinstalled with 10.04-beta1
(fully updated) and it mostly stays at 1Mb/s but some times goes up to
18.. for some seconds it even reaches 54Mb/s, but then it falls down to
1Mb/s again.
