Yeah, this is exactly what happens to me, too. Also, I sometimes use
aMule along with Transmission. When the drive unmounts, all active files
from both applications give an error message, and can't be reactivated
unless the programmes are restarted. When they're restarted, each file
must be reactivated manually, for they're all paused or stopped -
Transmission will verify all local data for those files. In the end,
though, I'm not sure what causes the issue, neither if the P2P apps are
the culprits here.
