Public bug reported:

Sorry if this is not the place for this bug, couldn't find a better
one...

When trying to run debian/scripts/misc/kernelconfig, it fails to run any
of the scripts due to $bindir being set wrong in line 30:

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/ubuntu-
lucid.git;a=blob;f=debian/scripts/misc/kernelconfig;h=71c0f5eedc6c42cd824bf3dfdd0e69ff9be900d1;hb=8d2b0bf6db1b0cfad645cac685ee45c00e803d69#l30

${DROOT} is unavailable in this scope.

The attached patch fixes the issue, not sure if it's the correct way to
do so.
