[Bug 546285] Re: Lucid does not detect HUAWEI 3G USB dongle.

After updating 9.10 UNR to latest from repo the USB dongle was not
visible. I checked the security and noticed that wireless and network
devices where disabled for my user by default. I enabled them and the
dongle is working again.

Going to boot lucid beta from USB to see if security settings have
anything to do with the problem.
