Still seeing this issue.

Host: 
  Updated to the latest BIOS / Firmware on the DL360 G6 to date
  2.6.31-20-generic
  qemu-kvm=0.11.0-0ubuntu6.3
Guest: 
  2.6.31-20-server

Installing cpuburn and running two instances of BurnP6 on the guest
produced cpu soft lockups within 24 hours.
