Now with kernel 2.6.32-17 the system will hibernate and resume
successfully once, however when it tries to resume a second time it
fails, booting as normal.  When logged it the network connection is
unavailable as "Enable Networking" is unchecked.  This happens
regardless of whether initramfs-tools 0.92-67, -69 or -70 is installed.
Unsure what to test next but quite happy to run anything anyone cares to
suggest.
