Affects also old machine like HP NC6000.

"watch cat /proc/acpi/button/lid/C138/state", always reports open.
Display won't turn off at all.

NC6000 this issue in 8.10, 9.04 too. It worked on 8.04 ja 9.10. How can
it be so ?
