[Bug 551094] [NEW] [lucid] 10.04 liveCD - unable to boot amilo li1718

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Using daily build of 32bit liveCD from 27.3.2010, I was unable to boot
it. Tried 3 times and always it hanged just before plymouth was going in
(when TRY / INSTALL) menu should appear. When booting process "halted"
whole displey became halted and many horizontal lines appeared. Whole
system was unresponsible and only possible thing was to shutdown pc.

I suspect it's VGA -> ATI Technologies Inc RC410 [Radeon Xpress 200M]
Amilo li 1718 laptop. I think that 9.10 was able to boot from live cd just fine. (acpi/apic?)
Any idea where can be a problem?
