Even "recovery mode" boots are blocked every now and then, with the original text, but also with an extra line as in the following text:
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
/dev/sda1: clean, ...
Skip stoppig firewall: ufw (not enabled)

Normal boots keep being blocked every time.
