[Bug 499195] [NEW] No HDMI hotplug in Acer Aspire 5536

Plugging the HDMI cable in after boot has no effect on this machine. The
HDMI only works if the cable is connected when the BIOS initialises.

Similarly removing the HDMI cable once the display is running over HDMI
fails to cause a reconfiguration back to the standard laptop screen.
