[Bug 370623] Re: Invalid symbolic links in /usr/share/doc/linux-firmware/licenses/ixp4xx

The symlinks appear to be for the license of the ixp4xx firmware, not
for the firmware itself. This shouldn't cause any functionality issues,
and the license files don't exist like this in Lucid, so I'm closing
this as Won't Fix.
