Hi Jeremy,

I don't know what happened - but it looks as though my install "got
broke real good" somehow.  I did a backup and a fresh install of karmic
and everything is working as per normal (suspend/resume).

Don't know what to tell ya, other than I maybe shouldn't use my mission
critical system for testing.
